Mark has been working as a psychologist for over two decades and is the Director of The Psychology Spot, a group private practice in Wollongong. His clinical interest areas include post-traumatic stress, trauma recovery, depression and existential suffering. Mark values the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for change and engages with people in a collaborative, accepting, compassionate and non-judging spirit. This is combined with training in psychological therapies that are effective in promoting recovery and growth. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Alongside helping people with mental health challenges, he is equally interested in areas that contribute to human flourishing; including the use of non-ordinary states of consciousness to facilitate improvement in emotional wellbeing and connectedness. Mark also specialises in teaching mindfulness meditation to help people understand their own mind, transform stress, increase self-awareness and improve relationships.

Mark is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and supports other psychologists, therapists, leaders and mental health practitioners in their practice development.

Over the past 6 years, Mark has undertaken extensive additional studies in medicine enhanced therapies, and now joins the team at Evolution to assist with their program.
